As fleet manager for Henry Day Ford, an automobile company specializing in car and truck sales, he is responsible for servicing cars and interacting with customers. Prior to taking on his current position, he honed his skills working in the factories at Volvo White Truck Corporation, Mack Trucks and Ford Motor Co. for 20 years.

Certified in sales and finance, Mr. Kersey earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wyoming in 1968. A recipient of the Business Preferred Award from Ford Motor Company in 2008, he attributes his success to his hard work and dedication.
