Melissa J. Clinard Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

HUNTSVILLE, AL, March 19, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Melissa J. Clinard, Forensic Scientist I for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of forensic science.

As a Forensic Scientist I for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, Ms. Clinard is an expert in drug analysis and is primarily responsible for analyzing evidence. She also does crime scene investigation in addition to being a drug chemist. The only person in her family on her mother's side to go to college, Ms. Clinard takes pride in having put herself through school. She attributes her success to her passion for forensics.

Ms. Clinard received her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Athens State University in 2005 and is a member of the Alabama State Association of Forensic Sciences. She supports the Doris Day Animal League and the Humane Society of the United States and hopes to attain the position of forensic supervisor.
