With 31 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Morales established his own practice in 2000, prompted by a desire to manage his own time and provide the kind of patient-focused service that he always wanted to offer. A specialist in vascular surgery, he is in charge of managing all aspects of the facility. These include performing surgeries in an outpatient capacity and minimally invasive procedures with local anesthetics, overseeing all procedures, supervising three physicians and eight therapists, managing finances, and answering inquiries. Dr. Morales attributes his success to his desire to serve others and dedication to his profession.

A board-certified surgeon, Dr. Morales trained in the United States, Europe and his native Mexico, where he earned his MD and his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Additionally, he holds a certification in vascular technology. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons. Other professional affiliations include the Travis County Medical Society, the Texas Surgical Society, the Texas Medical Association and the American Medical Association. In his spare time, Dr. Morales volunteers with a local clinic and offers free consultations.
