Lu Duncan Honored by Cambridge Who's Who
Lu Duncan celebrates over 35 years in various administrative capacities
RICHLAND, WA, August 19, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lu Duncan, Administrative Assistant at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory of the United States Department of Energy, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of administrative operations.
As an administrative assistant at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Mrs. Duncan specializes in mentoring young administrators. On a daily basis, she is responsible for directing the support division on physical and chemical sciences and overseeing support management for computational strategy integration. She attributes her success to the support she received from her mentors.
Mrs. Duncan is a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals and the International Association of Administrative Professionals. In 2008, she was honored with the National Mentor of the Year Award from ADECCO as well as the Administrator of the Year Award from the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. She intends to retire, start consulting, help other companies and become a keynote speaker.
