J Mark Danley Honored for Accomplishments in Education
J Mark Danley is a recipient of the Mary Rines Thompson Award for Outstanding Teaching
Albuquerque, NM, December 3, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- J Mark Danley, Biology Instructor for Central New Mexico Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
With 14 years of professional experience, Mr. Danley specializes in human anatomy and biology. He is responsible for reviewing lessons for seven classes, teaching human anatomy in class and online, and managing lab activities. Prior to attaining his position as a biology instructor for Central New Mexico Community College, he served for two years as Chair of the Biology Department at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). He has also taught physiology, pathophysiology and introductory biology. He attributes his success to his determination, family's support and to the motivation he receives from his colleagues.
Mr. Danley received his master of science from West Virginia University in 1980. He attained the Mary Rines Thompson Award for Outstanding Teaching from Westbrook College at the University of New England in 2002. In the future, he intends to develop a video catalog to demonstrate the functions of anatomical structures.
