Christine Watson has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable work in the Research and Development Industry.

HACKETT, ACT, AUSTRALIA, June 25, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Christine Watson has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her remarkable work in the Research and Development Industry. As Owner of Common Ground Exhibitions and Research for the past 5 years, Christine has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.

Common Ground Exhibitions and Research was established in Canberra in January 2004 as a response to the challenges of globalization and environmental damage. Founder Christine Watson believes in honoring the intellectual, intuitive, practical and spiritual ways of knowing. Because of this, the company is part of a contemporary movement in Australia to develop a new way of being linked to an emerging ecological rather than mechanistic worldview, and which reaches towards connection rather than fragmentation or competition.

Christine possesses exceptional expertise in designing exhibitions and seminars. She has a deep respect for all human and non-human life, and the right of all human beings to hold their own views. She is also quite knowledgeable in philosophy as well as European history and languages. During her educational career, she earned a Master's Degree by Thesis in the Anthropology of Art from Australian National University in 1996.

Christine wrote Piercing the Ground: Balgo Women's Image Making & Relationship to Country which was published by Fremantle Arts Center Press in 2003. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Studies and a former member of the Research Advisory Committee. In the time away from her busy schedule, Christine enjoys bushwalking and tango dancing.
