With 16 years of experience in health and wellness, Alice A. Herrin is committed to promoting a natural lifestyle by helping and teaching people to rid themselves of disease and toxins. Since 2000, she has been a lymphologist and colon hydrotherapist for Colymed, a therapy center. Noted for her expertise in colonics lymphology massage and detoxification therapy, she is responsible for consulting with clients, performing manipulation by tracking the areas of concern to restorative power, assisting people in recovering from sickness and disease, and administering a two-hour service for colon cleansing.

Passionate about food, Ms. Herrin is of the belief that gastronomy should not be sacrificed to good health; she thus conducted research on how various foods affect our bodies and developed healing dishes that satisfy all six taste senses. She has published her findings in a number of cookbooks and finds deep personal fulfillment in enhancing her clients' lifestyles through the promotion of healthy eating habits.

In addition to being a certified lymphologist and colon hydrotherapist, Ms. Herrin holds an associate degree in physical therapy. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and has been honored with inclusion in the National Dean's List. Fulfilled in her work, Ms. Herrin looks forward to continuing to teach and write cookbooks. She would also someday like to travel to India.
