Aimee M. Whitcroft Earns Membership With Stanford Who's Who
Aimee M. Whitcroft has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her magnificent professional career.

WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND, June 8, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Aimee M. Whitcroft has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her magnificent professional career. As a Web Communications Advisor for the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA), as well as throughout her brilliant career, Aimee has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

The National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research is a Crown Research Institute that operates as a stand-alone company with its own Board of Directors and Executive. Their mission is to conduct leading environmental science to enable the sustainable management of natural resources for New Zealand and the planet.

Aimee is responsible for the editing and writing of NIWA's web content. She also serves as a writer for eResearch New Zealand, telling their story and the story of eResearch in New Zealand. Aimee's expertise is in "big-picture" integrative thinking and the ability to process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently. In addition, she possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of science, qualitative and quantitative market research, and a great deal of enthusiasm.

In addition to working with the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research, Aimee is a Co-Founder, Administrator and Contributor for Sciblogs.co.nz, which is Australasia's largest science blogging network. She is also the Founder and Host of Nerdite Wellington, the only Southern Hemisphere chapter of Nerdite.

During her collegiate career, Aimee earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management from the University of Cape Town where she was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Molecular and Cellular Sciences, majoring in genetics and microbiology.
